Job Description

CBD Plus USA is seeking a full-time store associate for our Sevierville location to provide exceptional customer service and educate customers about CBD and cannabis products.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by assisting and educating customers about CBD and cannabis products, their benefits, and usage.
Maintain a thorough understanding of all products to effectively answer customer inquiries and make recommendations based on their needs.
Engage with customers to understand preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and upsell products when appropriate.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise, monitoring product expiration dates, and maintaining store organization.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, handle transactions, and maintain a clean store environment.
Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and legal regulations surrounding CBD and cannabis.
Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience.
Deep interest and understanding of CBD and cannabis products.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous retail sales experience preferred.
Ability to work in a retail setting, handle multiple inquiries, and operate a point-of-sale system.
Basic math skills and proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years old.
