Job Description

Emser Tile is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) to join their team at the local Distribution Center. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, results-driven, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Picking all line orders and staging them for shipping
Building pallets to standard
Staging products on shipping dock as per schedule
Utilizing RF Scanner for product accuracy
Reading item labels and identifying product type
Committing to Emser Tile culture and values

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a Picking position
Ability to lift weight up to 100+ pounds
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Forklift certification required
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of database functions
