Job Description

The Parts Warehouse Lead is responsible for managing parts warehouse functions, fulfilling customer orders, and providing leadership to warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety and compliance with company policies
Complete parts order pulling and stock replenishment tasks
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order
Support other departments' projects
Provide supervision, mentoring, and training to team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
6+ years of experience in a warehouse setting
Proficiency with computer software and hardware
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate hand and power tools
