Responsibilities

Act as a liaison of information between the clinical team and client's electronic records.
Ensure timely action on assigned worklists and case management systems.
Collaborate with the health care team to provide ongoing case management services.
Understand the organization's quality management program and role within that program.

Qualifications

GED or High School diploma required.
Associate degree in clinical or medical health administration preferred.
3+ years of industry experience.
Medical terminology expertise preferred.
