Responsibilities

Lead a customer-first culture and provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills
Monitor store payroll, achieve income goals, and manage inventory
Communicate sales goals, develop action plans for improvement, and build a strong talent pipeline

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Four years of retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store
Prior experience with a computerized POS system
