The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing in-store operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring exceptional store order and efficient employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payments
  • Prepare subs to customer specifications, following safety and sanitary procedures
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness daily
