Responsibilities

Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
Operate material handling equipment
Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce
Help develop processes for efficient warehouse operation
Implement safety processes for personnel, equipment, and property
Oversee warehouse housekeeping program
Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment
Follow health and safety policies
Available for overtime and weekends

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in a warehouse environment
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Forklift operating experience
Basic technical and math skills
