Job Description

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Regional Director of Operations - Commercial Lines to lead all insurance operations management activities within the assigned region. This role involves strategic planning, budgeting, staff development, quality assurance, and customer service management.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic plans to achieve goals
Manage financial goals and P&L
Build and manage a qualified operations team
Participate in recruitment and merger/acquisition evaluations
Establish and monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
Develop future leaders through succession planning
Promote company culture and improve engagement
Monitor and interpret performance data for corrective actions
Lead policy enforcement and process improvement
Maintain technical competence and industry expertise
Develop positive relationships with leadership and employees

Qualifications

7+ years of industry experience with deep knowledge
3+ years of management experience
New York and New Jersey Property & Casualty licenses
Exceptional account management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
High School Diploma or equivalent
