Job Description

Seeking an experienced Office Manager to handle a wide range of administration, technical, and executive-support tasks. This role will report directly to the local Market President and indirectly to the Division Controller.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, coordinating with the Market President and Sales team.
  • Back up on answering the phone for customer relations.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience for inquiries, questions, and service requests.
  • Handle weekly sales commission calculations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory reconciliation, and journal entries.
  • Train employees on company systems and support the Market President in various tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of basic accounting skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Customer Resource Management system preferred.
  • Ability to self-manage and adapt to change.
