Job Description

Join our team at PCA Group of Companies as a Wholesale Sales Associate, responsible for expanding our reach in the beauty industry by selling a diverse range of products. We are a global beauty holding company with a focus on omnichannel distribution.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate leads and acquire new wholesale clients through cold calling and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Present and sell beauty products such as fragrances, skincare, haircare, and cosmetics.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Prepare sales reports and strategic plans for senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3 to 5 years of wholesale sales experience in the beauty industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience selling beauty products.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
