Job Description

The HIV Testing and Outreach Staff is responsible for conducting HIV/AIDS and other STDs education and prevention outreach to high-risk populations, community testing, and counseling. They will engage in community events, outreach programs, and collaborate with project staff to address social determinants of health.

Responsibilities

Conduct community testing and provide counseling
Lead and participate in outreach events
Achieve monthly outreach and testing goals
Collaborate to address social determinants of health
Connect patients to HIV treatment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Experience in community health center preferred
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
