Entry level management position with opportunities to advance. Support the Food Service Supervisor in all aspects of the daily operation.
Supervise hourly associates and ensure adherence to all UPMC policies and procedures. Oversee security of inventory and cash revenues. Orient, train, and coach new team members. Monitor food safety program and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Conduct service recovery on customer complaints. Monitor food quantity and quality for meal service. Ensure operation's sanitation program is inspection ready.
HS Diploma/GED preferred. 2 years relevant experience required. Allegheny County Health Dept or other certified food protection manager certification required within 6 months of hire. ANAB - National Accreditation Board OR Servsafe Certified. Act 34 required.
