Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees shipping, receiving, and stockroom functions to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of products. This role involves staff development and process improvements to maximize outbound shipments and inbound receipts.

Responsibilities

Oversee shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations
Develop staff and create a cohesive team environment
Create efficiencies and process improvements
Perform warehouse duties including Pick/Pack/Ship and receiving
Ensure accuracy in inventory and shipment status notifications
Provide employee reviews and feedback

Qualifications

Strong leadership and time management abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Computer knowledge and SAP experience
Experience with UPS, Fedex, DHL, and domestic/international shipping
