Job Description

The Customer Relationship Specialist in Marketing Communication role at Farmers focuses on executing integrated marketing communication strategies and plans to corporate accounts at the regional market level.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and account management for regional markets.

Support up to 500 employer accounts with less than 5,000 employees.

Collaborate with Regional Market CRS team to help convert non-communicating accounts, ensuring new accounts successfully kick off.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in account management preferred.

2 to 3 years of experience in marketing communications required.

Experience with insurance products and services is a plus.
