Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Lead at Flex in Salt Lake City, Utah. Provide leadership and direction to groups of employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise groups of employees for smooth operations
Rotate between receiving and supermarket duties
Verify incoming materials and monitor inventory levels
Communicate effectively with team members and planning team
Provide direction to employees, prioritize tasks, and motivate the team
Analyze material discrepancies and assist in inventory management

Qualifications

Proficient in all Flex technologies and manufacturing techniques
High level of competency and functional/process knowledge in manufacturing
Ability to conduct on-the-job training and lead employees
Effective communication skills in English
