The Manager of Benefits and Payroll will oversee the administration of employee health, wellness, and 401(k) benefits programs, along with payroll processing.
Own and manage all aspects of the company’s health, wellness, and 401(k) benefit programs. Serve as the primary liaison with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to negotiate and implement competitive benefit plans.
Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to benefits and payroll.
Supervise and mentor the Benefits and Payroll Coordinator.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 7-years of experience in benefits and payroll administration.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits, payroll, and tax compliance.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
