Job Description

Black Rifle Coffee Company is looking for a Part-Time Shift Lead to assist in store operations, manage inventory, supervise employees, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
Provide hands-on leadership and coaching for the barista team
Support management by running efficient shifts
Create legendary customer experiences
Execute all store processes
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Participate in store meetings and drive leadership initiatives

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years of leadership experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
Experience as a barista is a plus
Strong communication skills
Passion for coffee and customer service
Full availability including weekends and holidays
