Job Description

The Independent Living Manager position at our program in Albuquerque, New Mexico, focuses on training and mentoring at-risk youth to make a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities

Direct and plan for the Social Development department?s needs
Manage the activities of Shift Supervisors and Dorm Coordinators
Ensure data integrity in reporting of center statistics
Provide assistance to students in various situations

Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in related field preferred
Four years of related experience working with at-risk youth, two years in a managerial capacity preferred
Knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver?s license with acceptable driving record preferred
