Job Description

Assistant General Managers collaborate with General Managers to oversee all operations and the financial wellbeing of the bakery. They provide on-the-ground support and ensure retail, baking production, and operations needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Support General Managers in managing COGS, ordering practices, and inventories
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including maintaining standards and creating schedules
  • Train team members and foster talent development
  • Collaborate with various departments on larger initiatives
  • Work towards achieving sales goals and improving vendor relationships

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of food service, QSR, or retail experience
  • Open availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift/push 25-50 pounds and stand/walk for an 8-hour shift
  • DOH Certification required
