As an HR Generalist at Spectrum, you will administer human resources policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. You will promote equity, fair treatment, and positive employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Assure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibility. Conduct employee relations functions including support and counseling, problem solving and dispute resolution. Coordinate the administration of all Leave of Absence programs and processes.
Ability to communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, make decisions under pressure, prioritize and organize effectively. Knowledge of employment laws, staffing practices, employee relations procedures, and HRIS systems. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
