Responsibilities

Enroll individuals into wrap around services
Complete initial and ongoing NOMS assessments
Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support
Collaborate with clients to achieve health goals
Participate in outreach and recruitment efforts

Qualifications

NY State Certification as a Peer Specialist
At least 2 years of participation in mental health self-help activities
Valid driver's license
