Job Description

Warehouse Lead responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and ensuring safe work practices. Will assist Warehouse Supervisor, provide additional training/guidance, and escalate issues as required.

Responsibilities

Ensure efficient and safe operation of materials handling equipment
Assign jobs effectively and deploy staff to maximize output
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Conduct operations promoting safety
Train staff and complete necessary records and reports
Coordinate inbound shipments, verify accuracy, and report any issues
Utilize ERP system for tracking shipments
Ensure product quality criterion is met
Drive forklift to gather and load products for customer orders
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or related training
Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
Knowledge of personal protective equipment and machinery
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Forklift certification and RF Gun experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
Valid Driver's License
