Job Description

Happy Returns is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all shift operating hours, facilities, and personnel in our Valencia, CA warehouse. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage a growing workforce, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Implement change and develop new processes as needed
Measure and evaluate departmental goals and work processes
Oversee hourly workforce and supervisors
Facilitate rapid growth through strategic planning
Maintain safe work environment and recruit top talent

Qualifications

B.S. or B.A. degree
6+ years of warehouse management experience
4+ years of supervisory experience
Strong project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
