We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused individual to serve residents by providing information and services.

Responsibilities

Identify and clarify residents' needs
Manage and screen messages
Develop inventories of services
Inspect guest suites before and after check-in
Deliver packages and food deliveries

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in Hospitality
Effective communication skills
Computer literacy
