Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support for incoming and outgoing Provider Enrollment Applications and Management Inquiries
Answer telephones and respond to complex customer questions
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Perform data entry and ensure accurate matching of documents
Review client reports weekly and prepare reports for management

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare-related field
Knowledge of the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Service (DMAS) Program and Policies
Previous call center experience with provider enrollment
Experience in data entry and using documentation applications
Ability to professionally interface with internal customers and the provider community
