Confluent is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to play a key role in optimizing and enhancing the Workday ecosystem, with a focus on Compensation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Core HCM & Compensation.
Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of WD Compensation module. Identify opportunities to improve user experience, streamline processes, and automate workflows. Develop internal documentation and deliver training for key business users.
5+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 3 years focused on Compensation. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
