Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Service Desk Representative II to provide telephone-based technical support services. The role involves diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems and escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities

Field incoming support requests from the Service Desk call center and IT support portal
Provide end user support by diagnosing and resolving problems
Document all information related to calls
Place necessary service calls and follow incidents through
Assist with development of knowledge articles for IT systems

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience
Experience in Windows Desktop Technologies, Office 365
Strong written and verbal communication skills
