Responsibilities

  • Field incoming support requests from the Service Desk call center and IT support portal
  • Provide end user support by diagnosing and resolving problems
  • Document all information related to calls
  • Place necessary service calls and follow incidents through
  • Assist with development of knowledge articles for IT systems

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience in Windows Desktop Technologies, Office 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
