Job Description

Join GE Appliances as an Inbound Customer Service Agent at Bodewell. Provide direct support to GE Appliances Owners with a strong focus on sales and service. Work remotely and be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Provide product information, registration support, service, parts, delivery, and dealer location inquiries to GE Appliances Owners.
Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals.
Create, update, and retrieve owner records for logging complaints, actions, and resolutions.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Support other business areas as directed.

Qualifications

1 year of customer service or sales experience.
Research and analytical skills.
Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Excellent team player with interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with web-based systems.
