Job Description

The DSW Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and those engaging through omni-channel services. They assess customer needs and provide assistance by executing the company's customer service model.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read customer cues, and match their needs with an elevated level of service.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe shopping environment for internal and external customers.
  • Complete all functions of the fulfillment process including locating items, inspecting condition of product, and packaging.
  • Complete customer transactions, follow DSW's policies and procedures, and provide accurate change.

Qualifications

  • Professional, friendly, and customer service focused.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to move with tempo to meet time bound expectations.
