Job Description

This is a full-time, direct hire role for a Personal Assistant / Professional Organizer to support a private estate and other properties.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the family with personal needs and home organization for all properties
  • House management skills including organization, shopping, record keeping, packing for trips, etc.
  • Domestic and international travel with the family

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with home/personal organization
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3.25 GPA with high SAT/ACT scores
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally with the family
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly with Excel
  • Positive attitude with a strong aptitude to pick up things/direction quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent driving record
