Job Description

Join Guitar Center as a Retail Operations Manager responsible for overseeing merchandise receiving, stocking, and presentation in alignment with company standards. Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and maintain a culture of musical passion and respect.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals
Manage staffing levels and train team members
Oversee shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with safety, cash management, and business reporting protocols
Drive sales and uphold merchandising standards
Perform store opening and closing duties
Complete additional assigned tasks

Qualifications

3+ years of retail or warehouse experience
Valid driver's license and automotive insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
