TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and lead the warehouse team members in Fairfield, OH.

Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
Fulfill operational requirements, meeting assigned schedules and customer requirements.
Provide leadership for warehouse team members.
Train, develop, and mentor team members through cross-training and career development.
Perform warehouse inspections and maintain facility cleanliness.
Manage shipping and receiving operations.
Report maintenance issues and maintain warehouse order.
Coordinate pallet deliveries and scrap trailer pickups.
Complete daily inspections and other special projects as needed.

2+ years warehouse leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with computers and software.
Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
Availability to work weekends.
