Job Description

Join our team at iDrive Fulfillment as a Warehouse Support Tech Specialist and help support our warehouse management system (WMS) to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Support customers during onboarding and integration process
Utilize SQL for data management and reporting
Address IT requests from internal and external teams
Handle customer service tickets related to warehouse systems
Conduct training for warehouse staff on WMS usage
Assess needs for system improvements and new features
Assist in implementing new IT features and project management
Provide technical troubleshooting for WMS and related systems

Qualifications

Strong technical acuity with scripting, SQL, or similar skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven experience in technical troubleshooting
Initiative to proactively identify and solve problems
Previous experience in warehouse management or fulfillment (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and cloud platforms (nice-to-have)
