Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities. Manage sales strategies and initiatives. Develop team to deliver selling and service expectations. Maximize floor supervisor role to achieve strong metrics and results. Build long-term customer relationships.
1-3 years of previous Store Manager experience in luxury retail. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proficient with MS Office and retail systems. Strong communication and customer service skills.
