Responsibilities

Contribute to store sales goals and achieve individual sales goals.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling customers based on their needs.
Train, coach, develop, and motivate associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.
Assist in managing payroll and ensuring goals are met.
Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to operate cash register and handle cash.
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
