Job Description

Join the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. Dal-Tile is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support to walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts including order entry, inquiry, product information, pricing, and transportation.
Interface with internal teams to address customer inquiries and order issues.
Participate in special projects and additional duties as required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years of call center or customer service experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
