TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to help power business success with extraordinary HR by pursuing new prospects and selling TriNet's comprehensive solution to companies within a designated territory. Responsibilities

  • Develop an annual plan to hit targets in defined territory.
  • Build a balanced pipeline of target prospects through traditional means and ecosystem partners.
  • Qualify opportunities and establish trusted advisor relationships.
  • Utilize sophisticated sales process and tools.
  • Achieve quota target by meeting sales activity metrics.
  • Complete administrative tasks and demonstrate TriNet's core values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales role required.
  • Proven PEO experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities.
  • Dedication to high professional ethical standards and workplace diversity.
  • Experience with technology and common software applications.
  • Detail-oriented.
