Job Description

Join Delta Faucet Company as a Group Leader overseeing manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift in our Lapeer, Michigan facility. Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance metrics.
Lead daily meetings with teams to review priorities and address concerns.
Champion a strong safety culture and enforce compliance with regulations.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and lead process improvement initiatives.
Provide coaching and guidance to improve team performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
