Job Description

Join High Sec Labs (HSL) as an Inside Sales Representative and contribute to protecting critical information through cybersecurity solutions. This role involves managing customer relationships, processing orders, and supporting sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Quotation & Order Management: Respond to RFQs, process customer POs, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Customer & Channel Support: Address inquiries, provide updates, and coordinate channel training.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Logistics, and Product teams to optimize processes.
  • Marketing & Events: Assist with exhibitions, webinars, campaigns, and event logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' inside sales or customer support experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and cybersecurity is a plus.
