Responsibilities

  • Conduct facility tours
  • Process payments and new memberships
  • Assist members with inquiries and problems
  • Swipe cards at check-in
  • Provide top quality customer service
  • Represent the Y in the community
  • Participate in special events and activities

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Knowledge of membership policies and programs
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification
