Reed Smith LLP is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join our Global Commercial Disputes Practice in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of law firm experience in commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Handle complex commercial litigation cases
Work on breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty litigation
Research and analyze legal issues
Prepare legal documents and pleadings

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must be a current member of the Delaware bar
3-4 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation
Strong writing and research skills
Outstanding academic credentials
