Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, implement control measures, conduct audits.
Warehouse Operations: Supervise activities, ensure efficiency, monitor safety standards.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, manage transportation logistics, track shipments.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes, collaborate with QA teams.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, foster a positive work environment.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure policy compliance, maintain accurate records.
Budget Management: Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities.
Customer Service: Collaborate with customer service teams to fulfill orders and address inquiries.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years experience as Warehouse Manager in automotive industry.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics principles.
Experience with WMS and ERP systems, familiarity with auto parts.
Leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, strong communication skills.
