Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in corporate recruitment, with high-volume experience.
Leadership: Ability to mentor, develop, and elevate recruitment teams.
Strategic Mindset: Understanding of recruiting best practices and talent marketing.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
