Responsibilities

Write, prepare, and assemble Financing and Investment Offering Memorandums
Create and maintain financial models
Review and prepare real estate due diligence items
Perform market research
Coordinate closing process
Work Monday to Friday in office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or real estate; MS in Real Estate Finance a plus
2+ years of experience in Real Estate, Finance, or Banking
Underwriting experience in multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and hospitality
Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/HUD multifamily underwriting experience
