Job Description

The Warehouse Lead oversees all warehouse personnel and activities on their assigned shift under the direction of the Distribution Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsible for daily warehouse functions on assigned shift
Coach and mentor employees in warehouse activities
Train new employees on warehouse activities and equipment usage
Advise management on issues
Provide safety and environmental training

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a Lead capacity preferred
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer and software experience
Prior forklift experience preferred
Basic math skills
Able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours
Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs
