Job Description

CB2 is seeking a Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and model company core selling and customer service standards.
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and customer service standards.
  • Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, and more.
  • Lead and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Manager.
  • Coach associates on exceptional performance and maintain a strong visible presence on the salesfloor.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build a culture focused on success and teamwork.
