TownTasks is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to manage all aspects of multi-state payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees. This role involves handling payroll journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.
Process multi-state exempt and non-exempt paychecks, manage interfaces between timekeeping and HRIS systems, reconcile payrolls, prepare payroll reconciliations, ensure timely processing of transactions, reconcile payrolls before transmission, audit time tracking submissions, resolve payroll related issues, lead internal and external audits, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations.
B.S. Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience required. Minimum 3 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRIS platforms, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
