Job Description

Join Embark as a Shift Supervisor and be part of a dedicated team focused on empowering adolescent girls through family-centered healing.

Responsibilities

Oversee and guide Mentors during your shift
Delegate responsibilities to shift team members
Collaborate closely with HR Department
Provide new hires with comprehensive orientation
Continuously train and develop shift members
Evaluate performance of shift members
Manage disciplinary actions when necessary
Maintain open communication with supervisors
Act as a representative for your shift at meetings
Conduct safety drills quarterly
Demonstrate exemplary performance by actively engaging in Mentor duties
Execute the program events calendar

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
21 years old or older
Current driver's license and a good driving record
Ability to pass a Utah State background check
Must be willing to make an 8-month minimum commitment
Knowledge of Company policies and practices
Knowledge of hiring and discipline policies and procedures
Knowledge of Mentor job duties and responsibilities
Knowledge of issues and disorders students face
Skill in teaching, managing resources, and communication
Ability to prioritize, work effectively with professionals, and lead by example
