Responsibilities

Guide guests through product selection process to meet their needs
Build rapport with customers and maintain welcoming store environment
Help cultivate repeat customer base through brand loyalty program
Possess strong product knowledge and understanding of cannabis use
Effectively communicate safe use of products
Process transactions according to procedures
Maintain a clean and organized store

Qualifications

Must be 21 or older
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
English speaking or bilingual
Operate POS system
Basic mathematical skills
Dependable with reliable transportation
Previous experience preferred
