Job Description

TownTasks is looking for a Store Manager to oversee account management, recovery processes, and provide exceptional customer service in Janesville, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationships and maintain store profitability
  • Grow the store through partnerships and community events
  • Coach and develop Team Members
  • Manage store performance and Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain office security and conduct proper procedures
  • Oversee account management and recovery processes
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Background check required
