Job Description

TownTasks is looking for a Store Manager to oversee account management, recovery processes, and provide exceptional customer service in Janesville, WI.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships and maintain store profitability
Grow the store through partnerships and community events
Coach and develop Team Members
Manage store performance and Key Performance Indicators
Maintain office security and conduct proper procedures
Oversee account management and recovery processes
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role
At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Background check required
